This listing is for the large strap which is 20cm long. The fit of these straps will depend on the shape/fit of the glasses, and the size/shape of the head. We would recommend measuring from the end of one glasses arm, across the back of the head, to the end of the other glasses arm. This will be your minimum required length.

> If the distance between these is around 13cm or less, then the small size is for you. If you have really little ones, then tying a not in the strap will shorten the length further, as this is as small as these silicone straps come.

> If the distance is between 13cm and 16cm then the large (7+) strap is for you.
